Continue CLI is a working tool—you write markdown checks, it runs agents on PRs, produces pass/fail verdicts with diffs. That's utility. But the framing ('source-controlled checks, enforceable in CI') is doing a lot of work to make 'LLM-powered code review' sound like it has the rigor of linting.
