This is a teaching repo, not a product. It progressively builds a Claude-coding agent from the core loop (s01) through multi-agent coordination (s12), each session adding exactly one mechanism with a clear motto. Code is minimal, intentionally simplifies production concerns (no permission governance, event buses), and explicitly frames itself as 0→1 learning. The signal is high because it actually teaches the patterns; the science is modest because it's didactic not novel; slop is low because...
